There There

Written by SAKURA, supervised by VAN of hair salon Cocoon.
The “non-blow cut,” as it is commonly called, allows the salon’s finish to be reproduced
at home by simply drying the hair.
The design was inspired by Cocoon’s original technique, which regards the head
as a sphere, and uses three-colored circles to create a pop design.

「Cocoon ノンブローカットの教科書」のデザインを担当。

サロンの仕上がりを、自宅で乾かすだけで再現できる「ノンブローカット」。

頭を球体と捉えるCocoon独自の技法に因んで、

3色のサークルをつかいながらポップにデザイン。

Written by Manabu Takahashi, the stylist of the hair salon PEEK-A-BOO.
While using yellow as the key color, the design was developed typographically.
The design was composed using a thin typeface with a thin weight,
aiming to create a sense of “lightness” and “looseness” that
can be expressed through the layered cuts.

「やさしいレイヤーカット実践ガイド」のデザインを担当。

イエローをキーカラーに、タイポグラフィで展開。

ウエイトの細い書体をつかった構成で

レイヤーカットを通して表現できる「抜け感」「軽やかさ」などを感じられるように。
